Breakfast casserole

TIP: Leave off the cheese to make it paleo-compliant.

4 tbsp bacon bits
3 oz spinach
10 eggs
12 oz pork sausage
1/2 yellow onion, diced
1/2 green pepper, diced
Coconut oil
Optional: cheese

Fry up the pork sausage and mix together with all other ingredients (except cheese).

Grease casserole dish with coconut oil and pour mixture.

Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.

Add cheese and bake again until cheese is melted.
